About The Flow Artist
Megan Lawlor grew up in a small town south of San Antonio called Pleasanton, TX. She graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX with a Bachelor of Science. While attending Texas A&M, she worked as a 911 dispatcher and EMT and worked 4 jobs at once to reduce the debt of her college education.
After graduation, she continued to work in the medical field and received her paramedic license. She later moved to Austin, TX and has continued to build her resume and knowledge by working in a concierge functional medicine practice, laboratory services, pain management clinic, ambulatory plastic surgery center, and urgent care facility where she currently is employee number one at a start-up company.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs. She enjoys painting with acrylics, alcohol ink, and loves the science behind the flow process. She was drawn to this technique because it is a stress-free way to release her creative energy and she gets to use a blow torch while doing it.
